About Fengsheng
Founded in 1958, Fengsheng is a listed full‑chain bamboo‑pulp paper manufacturer. After multiple restructuring, relocation, and large‑scale capacity upgrades, we have developed complete industrial capabilities from bamboo raw materials and self‑produced bamboo pulp to finished tissue and food‑grade packaging paper, supplying worldwide OEM & ODM clients.
Origin: State-owned Bamboo-paper Foundation
Founded in Leshan in 1958 as a state-owned mill. Taking advantage of local rich bamboo resources, it launched bamboo papermaking production. Years of practice accumulated core bamboo-pulping know-how, building the original industrial foundation for future reform, capacity expansion and integrated pulp-paper development.
1958Enterprise Restructuring
In 1999, ownership restructuring was finished, establishing Sichuan Fengsheng Paper Technology Co., Ltd. Transformed into a market-oriented modern enterprise. Optimized management systems and focused on bamboo pulp-paper business. Fengsheng grew into a key bamboo paper manufacturer in Southwest China.
1999Relocation & Technical Upgrade
In 2010, the factory relocated to Qianwei Industrial Park with comprehensive technical renovation. Production equipment and processes were fully updated. Production efficiency and product quality were greatly improved. This project laid solid hardware support for later bamboo-pulp expansion and full-chain industrial layout.
2010Joint-stock Reform & 150KT Bamboo-pulp Capacity
Joint-stock reform completed in 2019, with annual bamboo-pulp capacity expanded to 150,000 tons. Corporate governance was upgraded. Fengsheng became one of China's Top5 bamboo pulp factories. Sufficient self-produced pulp guaranteed stable raw-material supply for downstream finished-paper and global OEM tissue business.
2019IPO Filing
Fengsheng filed for IPO in 2020 under stock code 874337. Supported by decades-long pulp-paper experience, the company further standardized internal management. It optimized industrial layout and strengthened R&D & manufacturing strength toward large-scale modern bamboo-paper operation.
2020180KT Household-paper Lines Completed
The 180,000-tons household-paper production lines went into operation in 2021. Fengsheng realized full-chain operation: bamboo raw material, self-made bamboo pulp to finished tissue conversion. It acquired large-volume finished-tissue manufacturing capacity to serve global household & commercial OEM & ODM orders.
2021Diversified Business Expansion
Since 2024, the 300,000-tons food-grade packaging-paper lines have been implemented. Based on its strengths in bamboo-fiber tissue, Fengsheng extended into the food-contact paper sector. As a group-standard drafting unit, it keeps expanding the global business of tissue and packaging-paper products.
