We maintain 400km² of cooperative bamboo forest bases** in partnership with 17 local townships, benefiting more than 100,000 bamboo farmers. Sustainable selective‑harvest practices are adopted, with no chemical fertilizers or pesticides applied in bamboo plantations. Secure in‑house bamboo supply insulates our production from external price volatility and supply risks. Consistent raw‑material quality lays a solid foundation for subsequent pulping processes.

Bamboo Chip Preparation & Fermentation

Harvested bamboo is sorted and chipped into uniform‑size bamboo chips. Chips are stockpiled for adequate natural fermentation. This procedure removes impurities and optimizes bamboo‑fiber structure. Fermented chips deliver better fiber toughness, reduce chemical consumption during pulping and improve the purity of final bamboo pulp, which is critical for premium natural‑colored bamboo pulp production.

Advanced Pulping System

Pretreated bamboo chips go into our world‑leading continuous‑cooking pulping system. Under precisely controlled temperature, pressure and chemical dosage, bamboo material is decomposed into qualified fiber pulp. Fully‑automated lines produce both bleached and unbleached bamboo pulp. Unlike converters buying outside pulp, we produce bamboo pulp in‑house. Key tissue properties including softness, tensile strength and absorbency can be controlled right at the fiber source.

Base Paper Production Center

Qualified bamboo pulp is fed into 14 high‑speed papermaking lines. Through screening, cleaning, sheet forming, pressing and drying, pulp is turned into large‑size bamboo‑tissue parent rolls. Real‑time monitoring controls basis weight, thickness and sheet formation to guarantee stable base‑paper performance. These mother reels can either be sold as raw‑material goods or directly transferred to our internal converting workshops, cutting intermediate supply‑chain costs.

Finished‑tissue Converting Workshop

Jumbo base rolls are delivered to our 100‑level hygienic converting workshops. More than 20 high‑speed finished‑tissue processing lines perform slitting, embossing, folding, printing, rewinding, and packaging.
We manufacture a full portfolio of bamboo‑fiber tissue products: toilet rolls, facial tissues, dinner napkins, kitchen towels, pocket tissues, and jumbo parent rolls. Custom OEM & ODM services are available for bespoke size, embossment, printing, and packaging, under strict sanitary production standards.
